This
machine includes four key parts: bottle
washing, water filling, electric control,
and pneumatic control. |

Bottle washing part |

Bottle
washing part is composed of bottle
carrier, bottler holder, bottle sensor,
drive chain and pumps for washing.

Water filling
part |

Water
filling part is composed of bottle-pushing
cylinder, bottle turning-over device,
filling head, cap sorter, motor for
cap sorter, cap pressing equipment
and pumps for purified water. |

| IV. Operational principle |
| |
There
are five workstations for washing
bottles: the first and the
second is to wash with sanitizer;
the third is to wash with hot water;
The forth workstation is to dry the
bottle. The fifth is to wash with
purified water (8~14 seconds, adjustable). |

Filling:
The washed bottles are to be put at
the bottle-pushing chair by bottle-turning
device. They will be turned to the
filling stations to start the filling.
The filling time is adjustable by
the button on the panel. |

Capping:
When filling is finished, the bottle
will be shifted to the cap sorter
position by cylinder for fixing the
caps, when the bottle with cap reach
the cap pressing equipment, the pressing
cylinder will press the cap tightly. |
