III. Structural characteristics
This machine includes five parts: auto loader, bottle washing, water filling, electric control, and pneumatic control.
1. Auto loader part
 
Bottle loader part is composed of conveyor, proximity switch, bottle reversing and bottle loading device.

Bottle washing part
 
Bottle washing part is composed of conveying system, bottler holder, nozzle, drive chain, water tank and 6 pumps for washing.
3. Water filling part
  Water filling part is composed of bottle-pushing cylinder, bottle turning-over device, filling head, cap sorter, motor for cap sorter, cap pressing equipment and 2 pumps for purified water.
4. Electric control part
 
Electric control part is mainly composed of programmable logic controller (PLC), AC contactor and earth leakage circuit breaker.
5. Pneumatic part
 
Pneumatic part is composed of cylinder, pneumatic electromagnetic valve, pneumatic triplet etc.
 
IV. Operational principle

1.

When the proximity switch detects the bottle transported by the conveyor, the conveyor will stop working. Then the bottle reverse device will push the bottle to the auto loader. The auto loader will load will load bottle to the bottle holder in bottling machine. The bottle will be transported to the washing part for washing.

There are seven workstations for washing bottles: the first is to wash with hot Na2CO3; the second is to wash with recirculated clean water; the third, the forth and the fifth workstation are to wash with sanitizer; the sixth is to wash with hot water; the seventh is wash with purified water.

Filling: The washed bottles are to be put at the bottle-pushing chair by bottle-turning device. They will be turned to the filling stations to start the filling. The filling time is adjustable by the filling valve and button on the panel.

Capping: When filling is finished, the bottle will be transported to the cap sorter position by cylinder for fixing the caps, when the bottle with cap reach the cap pressing equipment, the pressing cylinder will press the cap tightly.
