| III. Structural characteristics |
This
machine includes five parts: auto loader,
bottle washing, water filling, electric
control, and pneumatic control. |

proximity switch, bottle reversing
and bottle loading device. |

system, bottler holder, nozzle, drive

| IV. Operational principle |
|
| |
When the proximity
switch detects the bottle transported
by the conveyor, the conveyor will
stop working. Then the bottle reverse
device will push the bottle to the
auto loader. The auto loader will
load will load bottle to the bottle
holder in bottling machine. The bottle
will be transported to the washing
part for washing. |

There are seven
workstations for washing bottles:
the first is to wash with hot Na2CO3;
the second is to wash with recirculated
clean water; the third, the forth
and the fifth workstation are to wash
with sanitizer; the sixth is to wash
with hot water; the seventh is wash
with purified water. |

Filling: The washed
bottles are to be put at the bottle-pushing
chair by bottle-turning device. They
will be turned to the filling stations
to start the first filling. After
filling about 70%, the bottle will
be pushed to the next station for
the second filling. The filling time
is adjustable by the filling valve
and button on the panel. |

Capping:
When filling is finished, the bottle
will be transported to the cap sorter
position by cylinder for fixing the
caps, when the bottle with cap reach
the cap pressing equipment, the pressing
cylinder will press the cap tightly. |
